Hello & welcome to my site
My name is Sophia Tayler and I am a Healer and Teacher with the Modern Mystery School. I have a thriving healing and teaching practice in London and Somerset and I have been working in both the private and voluntary sector offering therapies, healings and classes since 2002.

Having overcome many challenging situations in my life; from anorexia nervosa in my teens to early 20s to post natal depression in my late 30s; I believe that if I can heal myself then anyone can. To that end, I am here to offer my clients whatever guidance, assistance and support they need on their own personal healing/spiritual journey, through the different healing modalities and classes that I offer.

I began my spiritual journey quite late in life, at the age of 32, when my late father was diagnosed with cancer. Through nursing him during his final months in the physical it made me realise that we are so much more than just this physical body and I began a wonderful journey of self discovery, empowerment and healing, which I am still travelling on and learning from now. One of the keys to the start of my self empowerment and healing came from the Life Activation I had in 2009 at the Mind Body Spirit Fair and the subsequent teachings and classes I received and attended in the Mystery School Tradition with the Modern Mystery School.
